Oak County Property Management is a residential lettings and property management company with a wealth of experience of letting Property in Telford and surrounding areas; aiming to provide a quality service in a professional and efficient manner, which is cost effective to both landlord and tenant.

Our rates are very competitive for full management or our Let Only service. Managed properties are always offered on a No Let, No Fees basis, with NO initial outlay to landlords.

Our property portfolio has expanded mainly due to referrals from existing clients - both owners and tenants who have purchased rental property. We believe this to be evidence of our integrity, fairness and good value to all.  

Also, please note that many of our properties are let to longstanding reliable tenants and very rarely come back on the lettings market however we endeavour to ensure our listings are accurate and updated regularly.
